At Rosabella Flowers, we are committed to delivering fresh, premium-quality floral arrangements across the UAE. As flowers are perishable products, our refund and return policy is structured to ensure fairness while protecting product quality standards.
1. Perishable Nature of Flowers
All fresh flowers and floral arrangements are perishable and time-sensitive items. For this reason:
* We do not accept returns once flowers have been delivered.
* Returns are not applicable for change of mind.
* Returned floral products cannot be resold due to hygiene and freshness standards.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
* If the flowers are damaged due to handling or delivery from our side.
* If there is a significant delivery delay caused by our team.
* If an incorrect item is delivered without prior customer confirmation or approval.
To qualify for a refund:
* Notification must be made within *6 hours of delivery*.
* Clear photos of the product must be provided as proof.
* The item must remain in its original condition.
After review, Rosabella Flowers may offer:
* A replacement of the same or similar item
* Store credit
* A partial or full refund (subject to management approval)
3. Order Cancellations
* Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled once preparation has started.
* Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if preparation has not begun.
* Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If:
* The recipient is unavailable,
* Incorrect address or contact details are provided,
* Access is restricted at the delivery location,
Redelivery charges may apply.
Rosabella Flowers is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon delivery:
* Fresh flowers and bouquets
* Customized or personalized arrangements
* Event and bulk floral orders
* Perishable add-ons (cakes, chocolates, balloons, etc.)
6. Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed within *5–10 business days*, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
